Worked at one of their outpatient clinics in Philadelphia as an orthopedic PT. Loved all of my co-workers , my team lead, and my clinic director. Above them, the upper management moves slow and sometimes makes questionable decisions. Pros: high level care, co-workers that are intelligent and push the field forward, difficult but fun patient population, currently 1:1 patient model for 1 hour, multiple specialities of PT in one clinic, blocked time for special interest groups, promotions via a clinical ladder that does support staff to get certifications. Cons: lower pay, uses Cerner and not Epic to document, benefits aren’t the greatest, doesn’t really support new mothers as there isn’t much leeway to come back as part time. Would recommend working here overall based on the great PT care that is given.
