Worked in one of the outpatient CH sites that has been acquired by LVHN. I would say the care is average at CH and probably worst at LVHN. There doesn’t seem to be a drive for continued education as there isn’t much incentive to get specialized certifications. There’s PT’s that still use ultrasound here which is shocking. There’s also a lot of clinics in the network now and they all feel very separate and not working as a huge team. The pros are that it’s a stable job, easy patient population, good referral source for the physicians in the network, and they are friendly to part time, per diem staff especially for parents juggling work and child care. I wouldn’t want to work here forever though as I’m not mentally simulated here.
